Versatile, Safe, Efficient, and Dependable
Every jack is designed to support full-rated capacity
on the toe or the cap.
Simplex ratchet jacks are widely used in oil fields. shipyards, mining operations,
construction, railroads, and heavy-duty industrial maintenance.
These are the most versatile general-purpose jacks available. Rugged construction
permits safe, efficient jacking. Steel Lever Bars are ordered separately.
Outstanding Features:
* Double-lever sockets permit operation in close quarters.
* Multiple-tooth pawls provide greater contact aera with the
rack bar
* Drop-forged, alloy steel, heat-treated components for greater
strength and minimal wear.
* Adjustable spring links incorporate plated springs to resist
corrosion
* Precision machining throughout.
* Large arched inner-ribbed base insures a firm, rigid
foundation. |
5 Ton Models
These units are all mechanically identical and vary onlin
stroke and height.
10 Ton Models
The 1017 and 22B incorporate a ductile iron housing for
maximum durability. The A1022, which is identical to the 22B
except for an aluminum housing, would be the ideal choice where
portability is important. These jacks are often selected for lifts of
five tons or less because of their low handle effort.
