RATCHET JACKS


Model 24A (15 Ton) and Model 2029 (20 Ton).   Low handle effort ( just 20 lbs. per ton) makes these
jacks exceptionnally well suited for heavy-duty applications such as empty railroad car repair and machinery rigging.
Model 310A, Emergency Jack.  Lifts on the rotating cap, serrated toe or at any intermediate point by using a chain. Chain link can be engaged in recessed cap.  Pivots on base and incorporates foot operated, base locking pawl.  Chain. 
(order No. 10750) and steel lever bar are ordered separately. 
     Used for pole pulling and straightening, and by fire departments for emergency lifts.
Model A1538, Utility Pole Jack, with lightweight aluminium alloy housing, is used for pole line maintenance by telephone, light and power, and railroad companies.

 Jack pivots on base.  I-Beam sub-base assures firm foundation.  Alloy steel chain, (order No. 10760 ) I-Beam base (order No. 10800) and steel lever bar are all ordered separately.

Versatile, Safe, Efficient, and Dependable
Every jack is designed to support full-rated capacity
on the toe or the cap.
Simplex ratchet jacks are widely used in oil fields. shipyards, mining operations,
construction, railroads, and heavy-duty industrial maintenance.
These are the most versatile general-purpose jacks available.  Rugged construction
permits safe, efficient jacking.  Steel Lever Bars are ordered separately.


Outstanding Features:

* Double-lever sockets permit operation in close quarters.

   rack bar

5 Ton Models
These units are all mechanically identical and vary onlin
stroke and height.

10 Ton Models
The 1017 and 22B incorporate a ductile iron housing for
maximum durability. The A1022, which is identical to the 22B
except for an aluminum housing, would be the ideal choice where
portability is important. These jacks are often selected for lifts of
five tons or less because of their low handle effort.
